Thank you for purchasing our products from our website at Instant Images Embroidery.

Personalised Items

If we have personalised the customer’s item under their instruction, the item(s) cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

Generic Items

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If the customer is not satisfied with the product that they have purchased from us, they can have a refund with no questions asked. The customer is eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of their purchase.

After the 14-day period, the customer will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

SHOP RETURNS POLICY

We will offer the customer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.

Repairs and Replacements

If a customer has ‘accepted’ an item, but later discovers a fault, we may repair or replace it. The customer will be given the opportunity to inspect the item for faults before confirming they have received it.

We do not have to refund a customer if they:

knew an item was faulty when they bought it
have worn, and/or laundered the garment
no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it.

Proof of Purchase

We will ask the customer for proof that they bought an item from us. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement or packaging..
